An excellent talk on the future of the fishing industry. Dan Barber makes extremely strong points for ecological farming at the end of this talk. He's response to the questions 'But how will this feed the world?' is particularly impactful where he makes the point that a billion people will go hungry today and the problem was never food production - the problem is food distribution.
